2021 Community Energy Fund
The Community Energy Fund operates slightly different to previous share offers. Interest accrues from day one and we expect to make the first interest payments the summer of the following year.

2016 Share Offer: Solar & Sandford Hydro
Our solar share portfolios, including this one, follow the below pattern for the payment of interest:
Year 0 – the investment is made
Year 1 – first full financial year following investment (‘grace year’)
Year 2 – second full financial year following investment
Then we expect to make the first interest payment following completion and auditing of the year 2 accounts. These are expected timings and will depend on actual generation and income earned being as forecast.
