Our work
Paving the way for renewable energy in Oxfordshire
We build and manage renewable energy installations, deliver and support energy-related programmes, and work on innovation pilots to move community energy forward in Oxfordshire
Our renewable energy projects
Our projects turn rooftops, fields and rivers into renewable energy for Oxfordshire. This includes our rooftop solar installations on schools and businesses across Oxfordshire, our hydro scheme at Sandford, and ground mount solar park at Ray Valley Solar.
Our Programmes
Low Carbon Hub is at the heart of a collective effort to catalyse a low carbon economy in Oxfordshire, both through powering down to decrease energy demand and through powering up to increase renewable energy supply. As part of this work, Low Carbon Hub develops innovation pilots around community energy to help the sector expand more rapidly.
Our partners in this work include Oxford City Council, Oxfordshire County Council, University of Oxford, Oxford Brookes University, the Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership, Scottish & Southern Electricity Networks.
