Eynsham showing how retrofit is done – case studies now live
In the Eynsham Primary Substation Area, 300 homes have already been upgraded to improve their energy performance – key to moving to a sustainable and equitable energy system.
Two case studies charting the retrofit journey of two properties in Eynsham can be seen on the Cosy Homes Oxfordshire website.
One of them is a 1960s rental property, which suffered from persistent mould. Read the case study.
The other was a hard-to-heat home with a nasty surprise in store: asbestos. Read the case study.
