Eynsham showing how retrofit is done – case studies now live

In the Primary Substation Area, 300 homes have already been upgraded to improve their energy performance – key to moving to a sustainable and equitable energy system.
Two case studies charting the retrofit journey of two properties in Eynsham can be seen on the Cosy Homes Oxfordshire website.
One of them is a 1960s rental property, which suffered from persistent mould. Read the case study.

Could you help us improve a further 1,700 homes over the next five years? That’s the CAPZero target. We’re looking for 50 homes to start their retrofit journey this year, and we would love to hear from anyone who wants to know more.
