Our impact: perception
We believe in a just transition to net zero – one that leaves no one behind. And we’re committed to building a sustainable energy future that benefits everyone.
To ensure we adhere to this commitment, transparency and open communication are fundamental to our approach. That’s why we report on perception as key social impact metric.
How we do it
To make sure we’re fulfilling our mission, we conduct annual surveys with our stakeholders – including our host partners (schools and businesses with rooftop solar arrays), low-carbon community group members, investors, and project partners – to gather valuable feedback. Our most recent survey was completed in March 2024. Below are some of the findings.
93% of respondents perceive Low Carbon Hub to be committed to the creation of a zero carbon energy system that’s good for people and good for the planet.
92% of respondents trust Low Carbon Hub to deliver community-centred solutions that support the creation of a zero carbon energy system.
I think you give an extraordinary service, above all encouraging people to believe that a different approach to energy is possible and that it works
Looking forward
Low Carbon Hub is committed to a net-zero Oxfordshire, where clean energy powers our lives and communities thrive. We’re excited about the future and the positive impact we can achieve together. We will continue to share our progress and ask for your feedback through our newsletter, social media and events. So please do follow us and stay in touch to be part of the conversation.
